enterprise global template

All of a sudden we can no longer connect to the web
server.. We get the message "cannot connect...MS Project
was unable to establish a connection with the selected MS
Project Server. This could be caused by a loss of network
connectivity, invalid username or password, lack of an
enterprise global template, problem with MS project server
or database, or your MS Project Server may not have the
enterprise feature enabled".

After checking everything, we think it is a problem with
the enterprise global template.

Has anyone seen this problem? Any solutions? If I try to
restore the global template it tells me that there are non-
enterprise customer fields, so it looks like it's the
local global template and not the enterprise one.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did anyone change the system password? SQL and MSP have to be able to talk
to each other.
