Enterprise Global Template

I'm trying to save the enterprise global template I have and use it on
another project server installation. If this is possible, what is the easiest
way to perform this?

Have you tried backing up the Enterprise Global template on the first server
using Tools - Enterprise Options - Backup Enterprise Global, and then
restoring it on the second server using Tools - Enterprise Options - Restore
Enterprise Global?
