Enterprise Network Tools Stalls in IE

I have installed Visio 2002 on my Vista machine - no problems. I am trying
to install Enterprise Network Tools. Autorun launches IE and I get all the
way to the page where I enter the product key. I enter the key, click
"Next". Nothing happens (except for error notifcation). Ran the same
process using FireFox. after entering product key, pressing next gets to the
next page. After that, nothing. Both browsers are complaing of an error.
Any thoughts ?

Just the usuals, missing/incorrect drivers, missing modules, etc. The VENT
add-in was a third-party product that (AFAIK) decided they didn't want to
continue after MS purchased Visio, so was dropped in 2002.
