Enterprise Office 2007 Deployment

I am deploying Office 2007 to the enterprise. I configured it using the OCT
and in the OCT it finds the old versions and uninstalls them. In addition, I
configured the OCT to modify the profile. The problem is that some users of
Outlook shortcuts and other personality changes, but these are not being
carried over to 2007 from Office 2003/XP. Is there a way to carry the
personality over from O2K3 to O2K7?
