Enterprise Office 2007 - Help Files

Cannot access Help Files in any 2007 applications - error "There is a problem
with one or more installed Help Files - Please repair your files and try
again".
I have run Diagnostics and Repair until I give up in desperation!!
I am running XP SP2 windows
I have a HUP version and my company has software Assurance (but are not
preapred to give me the I.D. to obtain free support - we have many thousand
employees).
I cannot waste hours and hours on these boards trying to find the fix.....

How do I uninstall this problematic software and reinstall my HUP 2003
professional edition? - alternatively why don't you support your customers
better

This is a peer to peer newsgroup and Microsoft does not monitor this or any newsgroups on this sever. Microsoft does support their customers. (Read the below)

The Enterprise Edition of Office that you have is a Volume License version of Office and is not available to the general public. This version of Office (Enterprise) and the issues that arise with it should be addressed to the IT Department or the holder of this Volume licensed version of the Enterprise Office edition. They are the ones that can answer you and or get in touch with MS if needed. They have and hold the contact number and account.
