Enterprise option missing...

Hello :

I am trying to set up on of our user with Project Pro 2003 and Project
server 2003. For one user, after installing Project pro 2003, I do not see
the Enterprise Option under Tools. Its is the same installation we used for
all of the users. Any ideas/suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks.

Complete the following steps on the user's computer to resolve the problem:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server
2. Click Tools - Customize - Toolbars
3. Click the Commands tab
4. In the Categories list on the left, click the New Menu item
5. From the Commands list on the right, drag the New Menu item to the Tools
menu, and when the Tools menu expands, drop the New Menu item at the bottom
of the menu
6. Right-click on the New Menu item in the Tools menu and change its name
to Enterprise Options and press the Enter key
7. In the Categories list on the left side of the Customize dialog, click
the Tools item
8. From the Commands list on the right, drag the following items to the
newly-created Enterprise Options menu in this exact order:

Microsoft Office Project Server Accounts
Open Enterprise Global
Open Enterprise Resource Pool
Import Project to Enterprise
Import Resources to Enterprise
Backup Enterprise Global
Restore Enterprise Global

9. To create the spacer lines between several of the menu items, drag and
drop the following Enterprise Options menu items downward about 1/4 inch or
so, but DO NOT drag them below the menu item immediately below them,
however:

Open Enterprise Global
Import Project to Enterprise
Backup Enterprise Global

9. Click the Close button in the Customize dialog

I can confirm that the above setps work. To test them, I deleted the
Enterprise Options menu choice and then recreated it successfully using the
above steps. Hope this helps.
