enterprise options

Hello,

i just installed MS Project2003 Pro SP2
Under the Tools bar , i have not the option 'Enterprise option'
How can i fix this?

Further information,

i did an upgrade from project2000 to project2003

The Enterprise option is for use with Project Server only. If you do have
Project Server please re-post in the project.server group as this one is
closing down. If you do not have Project Server then None of the Enterprise
or Collaborate options will do anything and you have exactly the same
functionality as in Project Standard.
