enterprise outline code

I have enterprise outline code 3 set to either complete or concelled.
I currently use ASP 3.0 to pull all projects marked "complete" or
"cancelled" to create a custom report. I am looking for a way to only
pull projects marked "compete", and only the ones stamped complete in
the past 7 days. I do not currently have a field that auto-stamps the
time/date, but I am sure project server 2002 has such a field. Can
someone please help me figure out where I need to look?

The field you are looking for doesn't exist.

The "Actual Finish" date almost satisfies your requirements. It remains
"NA" until there is 0 work remaining or you set the %Complete or %Work
Complete to 100. Unfortunately, this field can also be edited so any entry
in the field is somewhat suspect.

The best way for you to go is to also have a Date signed off field as well.
