Enterprise Project Outline Code name not appearing in PWA view

I have created two new Enterprise Project Outline Codes in the Enterprise
Global Template and renamed them to reflect Business Owner and Project Type.
When I create and save the view in PWA the column headings on the view show
"Enterprise Outline Code 10" rather then the given name. Does anybody know
why this would be happening.

Each project manager needs to open every project that he/she is managing and
do the following:

1. Click Project - Project Information
2. Select a value for each of the new outline codes
3. Click OK
4. Click Collaborate - Publish - All Information
