Enterprise Project Outline Codes vs. Enterprise Project Flags

In PWA-Project Center, can you only filter views by Enterprise Project
Outline Code? What about the use of Enterprise Project Flags as a filter?
For example, I'm trying to create a view based on "Internal" only projects
that I distinguish using the Enterprise Project Flag2(Internal).

Is the proper way of handling the filtering to link it to an Enterprise
Project Outline Code? Or should I replace the flag altogether with the code.
What is the best practice? Thanks in advance.

If you want to filter on it, you'll need to burn an Enterprise Project
Outline Code.
