How do I specify a project as an Enterprise project in EPM ??

In Microsoft Project Server 2002 or 2003, a project is an enterprise project
if it meets one of two conditions:

1. The project was created and saved in the Project Server database while
its creator was logged into Project Server in Microsoft Project
2. The project was imported into the Project Server database using the
Import Wizard
