Enterprise Resource Availability

The "Microsoft Office Project 2003 Data Reference" states:

MSP_AVAILABILITY
This table contains data about resource availability and tracks the time and
availability of any particular resource within a project.If I change (in Project Pro) the Resource Availabilty through Resource
Information panel for the Enterprise Resource Pool and save the ERP, I will
find no data in MSP_AVAILABILITY table.
Is the MSP_AVAILABILITY table used only for Project resources?
If so, where I can find (on the database) the ER availability data I set?
