Enterprise Resource Pool and Resource View error

Hello!

In the last time we encountered some problem while adding or changing users
in the Enterprise Resource pool. After each save we can see the following 3
errors in the event viewer. The Resource View in WebAccess don't show any
user? What can be the problem for this error?
We use MS Project Server 2003 with SP 2a.
