enterprise resource pool checked out

[resources locked for edition]

I have tried to make some changes at resources located into the enterprise
resource pool by typing Tools, Enterprise Options, Open Enterprise Resource
Pool, so when I get the window opened the botton Select/Deselect All is not
available when I have the Read/write to check-out option selected.
As well as when I access throught the Web and then choose Resource I can not
edit any of them and the message advises me that I will not be able to edit
the selected resource unless the resource pool comes back in. However I am
sure that nobody is being connected / editing it for a while (Project Server).
If someone can help me I will appreciat,
