Enterprise resource pool not autopopulating after working for 6 mo

We had everything up and running fine for quite awhile in testing with 20-30
users. Now as the team members are expanding, we have started to get the
issue that the resource pool is not automatically adding people to the
resource pool.

We can manually add them via project 2003 so the table seems fine. The
authentication is fine as well, the only issue we see in the application log
is the following:

AD Res Pool Sync - Internal Res Pool Error : (457)This key is already
associated with an element of this collection]

How can I find what specific record/user to which this is related?
