enterprise resource pool unique error

Hi,

before few days i have change the database server and make new one . how i
can do this .

first i installed sqlserver and all prerequistes on it and make sql server
accounts like in the previous database Server .
and backup the database from the previous server and restore only project
server database on new server and make the IP of new server as same of
previous one

..

when i am trying to insert resource from active directory into ENTERPRISE
RESOURCE POOL.


I am facing dialog boxes which is displaying error in ENTERPRISE RESOURCE
POOL which is following :



"[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] The attempted insert or
update failed because the target view
either specifies WITH CHECK OPTION or spans a view that specifies WITH CHECK
OPTION and one or more rows
resulting from the operation did not qualify under the CHECK OPTION
constraint. "

when i click on this dialog box then the next is appear

which is following.

" Project server was enable to find the specified resource.
if the problem continues , contact your Server Administrator. "


and click on this dialog box the next dialog box appear which show different
error.

" The resource global is already check out to another user.
"You may retry accessing the enterprise resource pool or cancel the
operation.If it remains checked out for a long period time due to an error,
ask your server administrator to check it in for you. Do you want to
retry now? "

I am so worrying about these errors may be enterprise resource pool is
totally corrupt .or what problem i dont know


I want to enter more resources in the enterprise resource pool but due to
errors i cant enter them because enterprise resource pool is not accepting
them from active directory.
