Enterprise Resource Rate changed when work offline

Hi, I am using EPM 2003. When I save the schedule offline and
consequently work on the schedule offline, I notice that the resource
rates have changed. Could you please explain what have caused the
different resource rates? Thanks.

Are you using the Save Off-line feature or are you simply saving the project
as an mpp file?

I used Save offline feature.
