enterprise resources failure

despite the warnings I deleted (not just set inactive) a user from the
enterprise server and need to add that user back, I'm utilizing the windows
authentication and it is accepted. However, this user doesn't appear on any
of the PWA views for resources nor can I view the resource name in build team
from enterprise in the MS Project application any Ideas how to fully restore
the user. using Proj Server 2003 and Project Pro ..

Hello.

As you described, you only added a user in Web Access. You also have to add
him to the global resource pool. Open Project Pro and go to Tools/ Enterprise
Options/Open Enterprise Resource Pool and insert the user. Click Insert/New
Resource from/ Active Directory (Or Addressbook). Now save it.
If the Windows authentication is the same as you've entered in Web Access it
will now connect the resource to the user.

Hint:
If you do it this way for all new users they are automatically added in Web
Access to the Team Member group

Hope this helps.
