Enterprise Resources Gone

Whenever I came in this morning users were reporting that they are getting
the following when they try to access Microsoft Project Professional 2003:

"Project Server could not find the enterprise resource pool. Please contact
your server administrator."

Well I'm the server admin, so I accessed Microsoft Project Web Server and
clicked on the Resources tab to see if the resources came up and no resources
showed up on our server. All user accounts appear to be in tact but no
Enterprise Resources.

Any help would be appreciated.

No. It appears that somehow the "resglobal" (PROJ_ID = 1) record was deleted
from MSP_PROJECTS. It appears that I need to recreate it and all records in
other tables with PROJ_ID = 1. Would you happen to know how this can be
deleted and also what tables have records that reference PROJ_ID = 1?

Brian:

You'd be better served by reverting to your most recent good backup. I can't
think of an easy way to recreate the Enterprise Global with the correct UIDs
if you've already assigned resources to projects.
