Enterprise Resources Not showing up

I recently used AD to load up my resource pool with ~2000 resources.
For some reason, some of these resources do not show up in the Resource
Center or when I check out the Enterprise Resource Pool using MS
Project.

I have checked the MSP_PROJECTS and MSP_WEB_RESOURCES table and both
seem ok.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes. I am trying to figure out why some of my resources are not showing up
as well. We use AD sync to populate the resource pool. Specifically, in a
resource center view with security wide open there are many users missing.
I'm running out of things to check?
