Hi there. We entered a few hundred resources into the Enterprise Resource
pool by checking out the ERP and pasting information in from a spreadsheet.
That worked out fine, but all of the resources automatically had user
accounts created which (to my little mind) means we need PWA licenses for all
of these people even though they will not be using PWA this year. For now,
the resource managers and project managers should have PWA accounts but not
every team member.
We are not syncing via AD today but probably will next year.
What exactly do I need to do to make these ERP members "not users" so that I
don't need CAL's for them ? We budgeted for ~30 CALs this year, not ~500
Thanks,
John
