Enterprise template tab missing!

Enterprise Template Tab Missing in Project Professional 2003

I am using Project Professional 2003 (11.3.2007.1529.15, SP3) to connect to
Project Server 2003 (11.0.7970.0, SP2a). The problem is that i am not able to
view 'Enterprise Template' tab under File > New > On My Computer. This tab is
not visible for any of the resources in the Resource Pool.

When i am connected to PS, i can open / close project and can use other
Enterprise Level features. There are several Enterprise Template published in
the Project Server.

As a default option, 'Enterprise Template' Tab should always be available,
irrespective of whether we have the templates published or not. If we dont
have the templates published into the Server, it should simply show the blank
screen.

You only see the Enterprise Templates tab in the Templates dialog if someone
in your organization has actually saved an enterprise project template.
From your description, this indicates that there are no enterprise project
templates in your system. To save a project as an enterprise project
template, create the project, click File - Save As, and then select the
Template option on the Type pick list. Hope this helps.

There are several Templates published to the Server.

Enterprise project templates are not published, which makes me think that
there are no enterprise project templates. Did you save the template by
selecting the Template item on the Type pick list in the Save to Project
Server dialog? Let us know.
