Enterprise Template Tab not available

I am having a problem where some of my Project Manager do not have the
Enterprise Template Tab when they use the File > New > On My Computer
menu. Is there a security switch for this?

This problem usually indicates that the PM's in question have not created
login accounts with which to log into Project Server using Microsoft Project
Professional. Refer to the following link for the steps to create a PM
login account:
