Enterprise Text Fields missing when Linked to View Tables

I am using MS Access to run some reports. However, when I try to get data out
of MSP_View_Proj_Projects_ENT and Tasks_ENT, it only shows
ProjectEnterpriseText1 and TaskEnterpriseText1 and 2 respectfully.

Any thoughts why this is happening or where I can get the rest of the text
values?
