Enterprise Text1.. mind of its own

The Enterprise Text1 field isn't being updated (under tasks, etc) in web
access from the thick client.... why? Specifically, it's called the (_Remedy
Nr), just data like W12345.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ryan:

Did you use parenthesis in the naming of the field as you indicate in your
post? If so, remove them and limit yourself to alpha numeric characters and
underscores only. This should solve the problem.
