Entire page does not print in Word 2003

I have had erratic printing problems with Word 2003. Documents will
erratically misprint, only printing 2/3 of the page and no footer. The error
message prior to printing is "The margins of section 1 are set outside of the
printable range of the printer." This is not the case, and when the auto-fix
option is used, the bottom margin is increased to 2.5". These files print
with no problem in Word 97.
Opening multiple documents can also cause this to occur. Print preview
accurately shows whether or not the entire page will print. Documents have
been checked for hideen text, hidden formatting. The same thing can occur
after a new document is created while a mis-printing document is open. Many
of the 'new' Word features have been turned off, as has printer spooling.

Printer driver and Word are up to date. The problem occurs with multiple
printers. The problem may or may not occur consistently with the same
document.

If PrintPreview shows only 2/3s of the page will print, then this is a
printer driver problem: either corrupt or incompatible with Word 2003. Check
to see if there is a new driver for your printer and then delete and
reinstall the printer.

I am having the same problem with margins, however, when I went to the link you provided my printer was not listed. What do you suggest?

Try one of the other drivers. Often one for a similar printer will work, or
if you can find any one listed for your printer (not just the "margin fix"
ones), that may do the trick.
