Entorage 2004 Font

I currently have my HTML font size set to Helvetica 18. Actually this is one
size too big. If I choose the increase/decrease font size while viewing
email, it appears to select font sizes in between 14 and 18...namely 16. But
in the prefences, I can't choose 16 as my everyday font. Is this because of
the Font I have chosen? Or is there another way todo this.

Please explain my options.
