Hello,
I have been using entourage for about 6 months now and finally get it all configured. Now as of today, whenever I run my schedule it will produce the following error log

HTTP error The server is temporarily unable to fulfill the request.

Now I would understand this if it wasn't working with either of my hotmail accts... but one works perfectly fine, where as this one it is only for messages in my inbox.. it is giving me grief, I can send and receive in my junk mail box without any issues.

Just wondering if a anyone has any tips?.. perhaps for some reason just my email acct with hotmail server is down?..... is there anyway to access your hotmail via POP acct?

Cheers
Mike

It could just be temporary.

Are you saying you access one account, but for different folders? I'm
confused.

No.

Thank you for your speedy reply Diane,

prehaps it is temporary, under my acct email (e-mail address removed) in entourage I can download new 'junk mail messages' but it will give me the error message for anything in my 'inbox' folder.

but under my other hotmail acct - (e-mail address removed) I can recieve messages which are through both my 'inbox' and 'junk mail messages'

Kinda weird, I would think if it wasn't letting me access either of my accts or at least both folders from the same acct. it was just an access problem....

Don't know if this helps out....

Cheers

It could be a corrupt message. Check that account via your web browser and
look at the oldest mail. Delete any spam messages and check any that might
contain attachments. I would delete all the old mail that you can if the
above does not find the culprit.

Does your email addy start with the -? Has this worked before?

I am having the same problem.
Everything was working uptil 10-01-08. I have not been able to get messages
in my inbox since this date and keep getting this error.

Has anyone found anything on this as it is REALLY annoying.
I can send emails fine and get junk fine, just not my inbox.
I also use hotmail w/ entourage 2008

as with the previous reply, look for an accidentally created entry in
your Mailing List Manager (under the Tools menu)

This is almost always the cause of this sort of problem.

There is nothing under Mailing List Manager.
