Entourage 12.1.2 and HTML bug

Does anyone know whether the 12.1.2 update fixes the bug in Entourage that
was present in 12.1 and 12.1.1, where Entourage would cut off portions of
some URLs?

12.1.2 fixes an issue that causes the following behavior in Entourage 2008:

Embedded graphics or images are not displayed correctly in messages when you
read or view them.
HTML e-mail messages display as a blank message.
In Entourage 2008 SP1, some of the characters following the ampersand (&)
sign in a hyperlink are truncated.

Thanks. The ampersand issue I believe is the problem I've had ... still, I
will do some testing and verify that it's fixed.
