Entourage 2004 calendar - last row does not always display "More..."

OS 10.4.2 and Entourage 2004 SP2.

A user with a G4 Powerbook and a G5 iMac called me yesterday because
his Entourage Exchange calendar was differing between the desktop and
laptop. On the desktop, all events for Feb. 27th were showing in
monthly view; on the laptop all of the events were not displaying, and
the "More..." button was not showing to indicate other events.

I explained to him that the differences in the number of views was due
to the screen resolution differences between the desktop and laptop -
but this does not explain why the "More..." button was not showing on
the laptop. I also shrunk the size of the desktop window and - sure
enough - Feb. 27th did not indicate "More" although Feb. 28th did.

I was able to duplicate this behavior on a G4 iMac running 10.4.2 and
Entourage 2004 SP2 with my own calendar with dates at the end of
January and March. It appears (from my end) that the "More..." button
does not always show on the last row of Entourage, but I cannot discern
any particular pattern to why it does or does not show up.

Has anyone had a similar issue, or any advice on how to solve this
(besides switching to weekly view)?

opened a ticket with microsoft...am posting their reply since I was not
able to find any information on this issue.

"The issue you are having we are well aware of it and are researching
for a resolution. All we can offer at this point is to continue to
check for future updates and hopfully their will be a resolution soon."
