Entourage 2004: cannot find backgrounds and signatures

Hi All,



When customer installed Office 2004 for Mac, he got an installation email
titled ¡°Welcome to Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Macintosh¡± In Entourage
2004. One of the statements was as follows:



Customizable backgrounds and signatures
Transform your e-mail messages with new backgrounds and customizable e-mail
signatures! Get creative with different looks and colors. With a wide
variety to choose from, the sky¡¯s the limit. Download backgrounds and
e-mail signatures at www.microsoft.com/mac today.



But when go to that link, we cannot find any backgrounds and signatures.



Do you know where we can obtain them?



Any help will be highly appreciated.

Tony,

When I upgraded from Office X to Office 2004, my signatures and backgrounds
were deleted by Microsoft during the installation process.

I, too, could not find them where Entourage said that they were.

Luckily I saved them from my previous version, and they appear to work find.

Hi All,

Thanks for these - wonderful. Can someone please tell me which folder I
copy them to? Sorry to be a pain!

For the signatures:
Double-click them to see them, and then, for the ones you want to keep,
click in the message body, select all, copy, and paste into a new Signature
(Tools -> Signatures).

As for the backgrounds, keep them wherever you wish, and insert them into
messages manually using Message -> Insert -> Background Picture.

Using Paul Berkowitz's "Message Template" script, you could even create new
messages automatically using one of these backgrounds. You can get the
script, complete with documentation, from ScriptBuilders @ MacScripter.
