Entourage 2004: Preview Pane prefs for different folders?

I am not sure what the problem is, but I like my inbox to have a preview
pane but my IMAP or Server Accessible POP accounts to have no preview pane
open. I use the online accounts for spam. Unfortunately, if I change the
preview pane view in the inbox or the server view, the setting is changed in
all views. Isn't there a way to cause Entourage to remember settings for
different boxes separately?

You might try the following as an approximation to what you want:

First, make sure that you have a pane in your main window (Mail), using the
View menu. Then, open a new main window (from the File menu). For that
window (Mail 2), turn the pane off (the View menu again). Now open your
inbox Mail and use Mail 2 for all your other accounts.

Thanks. Sort of a kludge, but it could work. Annoying to say the least.
