Entourage 2004 Print Font Too Big

I have two Entourage 2004 users with the same font issue. When they print an
email message the font is HUGE. Changing the fonts in the preferences seems
to have no effect at all. Even trashing the preferences doesn't seem to do
anything. Any ideas, anyone?

Copy/paste into Word then print.

Thanks for the suggestion. If this were an occasional problem this
workaround would be fine, but this is with every single message. I can't
tell these users to paste into Word every time they need to print an email.
I need a real fix for this within Entourage.

AFAIK, there is no fix. I will ask about this and get back if there is a
solution. In the mean time send feedback.
