Entourage 2004 quitting after OS 10.5 update installation

Processor: Intel
Email Client: imap

My Entourage is quitting shortly after i open it. it started after i installed the most recent os 10.5 update. i already tried several tips from entourage help page (open with shift, look for 2 daemon files, remove helvetica font, i removed and installed entourage, etc)...so far nothing seems to help. Any word of advise will be greatly appreciated.

Is Office 2004 up to date on your Mac?? Did you try rebuilding the
identity (hold the Option key dow as you launch Entourage),
