Entourage 2004 rebuild wipes out all links plus Notes' amendeddates

An Entourage 2004 database rebuild wipes out:
1. All links among Tasks, Notes, and other components of Entourage
2. The dates Notes were amended, substituting the date of the rebuild for
all prior modification dates.

Is it technically feasible for a future version of Office to preserve links
and modification dates during a database rebuild?

Respectfully, Norm

Probably. It's only software. Now, what good does knowing that do you?

To make a feature request, go to Help/Send Feedback on Entourage (it works
again). The more people make such a request, the more likely it will be
implemented.

Thanks very much, Paul. I've just used the feedback feature to submit the
suggestion. I'm delighted that the Help/Send Feedback now works in all my
Office programs.

Paul, for folks who are not following this thread, perhaps you might wish to
consider posting an announcement in the Entourage, Office, Excel, and Word
newsgroups on Help/Send Feedback.
