Entourage 2004 signature placement

The link below supposedly tells me how to get my signature placement where I
want it - at the bottom of my reply, above the quoted text - just like I
liked it in Entourage2001.

BUT, the download link provided, just takes me to a page with a gif image on
it! Please help. What am I doing wrong?

Here's what you need to do: Go to Entourage > Mail & News Preferences, and
then click the "Reply & Forward" tab. Under "Mail Attribution", check
"Prefix my replies with short header-style attribution lines", and then
click OK.

Note that this will work for mail replies, but not news replies.
