Entourage 2004 sync with Palm OS 5.4

This is a cross post with comp.sys.palmtops.pilot. I'm thinking of
upgrading my handheld which is running Palm OS 4.1, and have several
questions. I understand that new Palm handhelds with Palm OS 5.4 allow
multiple addresses for each contact
(http://www.palm.com/us/software/organizer/), a feature that I find sorely
lacking in Palm OS 4.1. I'd like to know serveral things.

1. Does the conduit that Microsoft includes with Entourage 2004 for OS X
allow for syncing multiple addresses in a contact's entourage record with
the multiple address fields on the Palm. Microsoft is unclear on whether it
will: Compare
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/produc...ARY/feature_articles/officex/en_PS4_Diffs.xml,
which says the handheld can only store one address per contact, which is no
longer true, with
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/produc.../feature_articles/officex/en_palmsynchnew.xml,
which suggests that data might be lost, but doesn't specify whether that
includes multiple addresses.

2. If the Entourage conduit won't sync the multiple addresses, is there a
3rd party conduit that will? Missing Sync doesn't seem to do it.

Thanks for any info,

David

No. I believe there can be potential data loss in this instance if the user
updates address information in both locations and then attempts to
synchronize.

Perhaps, but if so, I'm not aware of it. I'm pretty sure there isn't one
that works with Entourage.

Thanks for the info. So since the new Palms now have multiple addresses per
contact, how does the Entourage conduit handle them? Do you still choose
which Entourage address syncs to the Palm, and does it sync to the
corresponding Palm address, even if there are other ones? That is, if you
tell Entourage to make the work address the default one to sync, does it
update only the work address on the Palm, even if the Palm also has a home
address?
Perhaps, but if so, I'm not aware of it. I'm pretty sure there isn't one

This is probably the wrong place to ask, but does anyone know if the Palm
will sync multiple addresses via iSync with the built-in OS X Address Book?

Thanks,

David
