Entourage 2004 synch-problems with Palm T3

Hi,
I´m using a Palm T3 and Microsoft Entourage 2004 Version 11.1.0) on a PB
MacOs 10.3.8 and am trying to synchronize both via Bluetooth.
Although having set the preferences of the Entourage-conduit to
"synchronize", it is a one-way-ticket: When making changes in Entourage,
this will change the Palm-data, but making changes on the Palm-device will
not change the data in Entourage.
Any idea, what goes wrong?
