Entourage 2004

Lately, Entourage 2004 (V. 11.3.8) quits unexpectedly but unfortunateley
also quite frequently (like several times a day).

I get the following error message: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001)
KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS (0x0001) at 0xcaedbb02.

I am using an iMac 2.4 G Intel Core Duo with lots of memory and the Tiger
10.4.10 OS.

Any hint what may be wrong? I have repaired permissions w/o improvement.

Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions.

Hi Diane,

Thank you for the hint. I have tried this but run into another really weird
problem: While trying to use the ³MacOSXUpdCombo10.4.10Intel.dmg² update
after a few process steps the system surprised me with a note: ³Installing
this software requires 874MB of space². However, the partition has in fact
50.5GB of free space, see the attached screenshot.
Do I have a formatting problem on that hard disk or what?
Please help, I have to get away from that Entourage crash problem.
Rudolf

From your screenshot, it appears this volume cannot be updated. Perhaps if
you booted from that volume you could update.
