I have now wasted 4 hours trying to figure out what is happening between Entourage 2008 and Desktop Manager for Mac. I just downloaded the updated from RIM released today 10/19/09, but it appears nothing was fixed!
I have also uninstall both applications, and also wiped the handheld, but for some reason, if I change an event on the BB, that item becomes a duplicate item on Entourage.
On top of that, Tasks become duplicated, and some items once deleted on Entourage are not deleted on the device. Can someone help me? What is Microsoft doing? Is there a new update for Entourage in the works after this Web edition 13.0? This is ridiculous! I purchased this software and it's giving me a headache, because I can't get organized due to the fact I have to waste time trying to make sure the data is syncing correctly!
