Entourage 2008 And Treo

I received the following email from A user this morning. I have searched every forum ad newsgroup that I know of. I hope someone here can assist?
The problem is as follows:

The problem is arising when I (1) send mail from an email client other than
my copy of entourage on my work mac, and then (2) open up entourage. so,
for example, I sent this message below from my treo at around 11:30am, and
then came to the office and launched entourage at 2:10 pm. As Entourage
does its initial sync with the Exchange server something's going wrong. The
sent message is already resident on the Exchange server (having been sent
earlier from my treo), but it isn't syncing down to Entourage properly.
Instead Entourage shows the message as having been sent at 2:10 (which is
when I launched entourage) and shows no information for whom the message was
sent to. And then when I open the message in entourage it looks like the
garbled thing below.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this problem with the server sync?

It has to do with the fact that the user is sending emails via Exchange from his Palm Treo and the emails are not showing up correctly in Entourage. This is clearly stated in my previous message.

I believe you're seeing this problem described in the following
Microsoft knowledgebase article <http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926521>.

This is a known issue that was also present in Entourage 2004.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this fixed in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.

Well I suspect Jolly Roger meant that it wasn't clear that the problem
was related to a Treo. Any mail client could have the same problem.

As far as I can see, it might be a server issue. Do you see the e-mail
on OWA coming up when it was supposed to and with the proper sent date
and time??

Hi Corentin,
I just verified with the user that the emails show up fine in OWA as well as Apple Mail (setup with an Exchange account). The problem is indeed isolated to Entourage alone.
