Entourage 2008 crashes on opening when not connected to our Networ

Hi
Entourage 2008 reports error "Microsoft Entourage ecountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." WHENEVER I start it and
it is not connected to our network.

We use Exchange 2003, and this scenario was working Ok previously.

I have tried verifying the database (option key on starting Entourage) and
that was OK.

It is fine on the network, and dead when not on the network.

Please help
