Entourage 2008 crashes when trying to print

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I am running Office 2008 for Mac on a MacBook Pro 2.6 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4GB SDRAM. All Office applications are up to date.

My problem is that every time I try to print an e-mail the program crashes. This is entirely repeatable; happens every time without fail.

For what it's worth, every time I quit Word 2008, that program crashes as well. Again, happens every time. No problem printing or other functions with Word.

Any idea what is happening and how to resolve? Thanks for the help!

I am having precisly the same problem except that Entourage doesn't seem to
crash every time or with every printer that I connect to. Word frequently,
but not always, crashes when I shut it down. But, Entourage crashing when
printing is the most irritating problem.
