Entourage 2008, Delegates, and Ampersands (&)

I seem to have discovered a bug. In our organization, we have some Exchange accounts that have ampersands (&)'s in the usernames. I am a delegate for two of these users, yet when I try to add them to Entourage as delegates, they show up in the sidebar yet never sync. I don't receive an error, they don't say "Not Connected" - but they never sync. I have other delegates (without ampersands in their names) which work perfectly.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have suggestions (other than changing the offending usernames - it affects too many other users)?

Thanks!

I wonder if this plays a part?

That problem was fixed in an update, 12.1.3 I believe.

I believe the bug that Diana mentioned WAS fixed in 12.1.3, but I'm running 12.1.4, and I can confirm that the "ampersand in delegate name" bug persists. I relatively well convinced that it has something to do with the fact that Entourage is using OWA and WebDAV instead of MAPI, and I'm betting it's just not compatible. Has anyone else experienced this?
