Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange
Our IT department does not support Mac officially, but unofficially has no problem with me using my Mac and Entourage on the company network (they even bought me my copy of Entourage 2008). However, after our Exchange 2007 upgrade I am no longer able to connect. Before we had 2003 running without a problem and my Mac was able to connect.
On my iPhone, the only thing I had to change was the server name:
It was changed from 'mail.domain.com' to 'owa.domain.com'. Everything else just works fine on the iPhone, I suppose because it uses ActiveSync and not WebDav HTTP.
It just won't work on my Mac. I've also tried the internal server name (since OWA.domain.com is now the front end server and before we just had one server) and it didn't fix the problem.
Any suggestions? I don't know where to go from here. Everything I've found through Google searches, etc. just doesn't help.
