I just got a new Mac a few weeks ago with Entourage 2008 loaded. My network administrator advised me to setup my mail account using POP3 and, for various reasons, I do not want Entourage automatically deleting emails off of my mail server. The first time I configured Entourage, it downloaded all of my emails from the server (a few thousand) and everything worked fine. A few days later during a send/receive, it began downloading all of my emails from the server again, creating duplicates of every email in my inbox. I cleaned up my inbox (which took a long time) of all the dupes. Today, during the middle of the day, it began doing it again! My coworker who sits right next to me has the exact same setup but uses Entourage 2004 and has never had this issue (we use the same mail server, configured the same way). Help! It's killing my inbox. Thanks!
