Entourage 2008 - duplicate folders

My Boss is using Entourage 2008 and Outlook for Mail. When he access his
mail via Entourage, he is having instances of some folders duplicating in
his folder view on the Mac, while there is no such duplication on the actual
server. (He does not see these duplicates on his Win Outlook client). The
problem seems to be with Entourage and I am having trouble finding any
answers or other people with this problem.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?

New problem to me. Is this an Exchange account? Maybe one of the exchange
folks can help, but to troubleshoot you can start by eliminating your
database by creating a new Identity and enter account info...test. If that
fails, create a new User in System Preferences and do same test.
