Entourage 2008 + Exchange 2003 + GFI MailEssentials

Is anyone else running this configuration - Entourage 2008 + Exchange 2003 +
GFI MailEssentials? When I send email to my co-workers in my same domain GFI
marks the mail as spam, New Sender to be exact. This only happens when I'm
using Entourage.
This is pretty much a deal breaker for me, I can't have my office emails
being sent to SPAM folder on my own mail server.

I've looked at the mail headers but don't see any difference other than the
user-agent string.

Thanks

Hi Andrew!

(I have no experience with GFI and their products.)

What has GFI said about the false positives? It would be their
responsibility to identify why their software flags messages from
Entourage 2008 and either fix their product or work with Microsoft to
make changes.

The only suspicion I have is that maybe your Entourage clients are using
a front-end Outlook Web Access (OWA) address rather than a back-end address.

Hope this helps!
