Entourage 2008 & iCal sync not keeping free /busy status for events

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

When syncing to ical from Entourage, the "Free" status in all day events in Entourage is changed to "Busy" in ical.

Any ideas?
