We are using Entourage 2008 connected to the corporate Exchange server, with the Blackberry Enterprise Server.
Meeting invitations that are accepted in Entourage are not deleted from the inbox of the Blackberry. They appear to be in the Deleted Items folder in Entourage. They are also in the Deleted Items folder on the server (as verified by OWA).
I tested accepting meeting invitations from Outlook and OWA. In both cases, the original invite was moved to the deleted items folder and deleted from the inbox of the Blackberry.
It appears, then, that Entourage does not actually move teh message from the inbox to deleted, but does something else that would cause the pointer to the message to be lost by the Blackberry.
Is this the case? Is there a setting somewhere that controls this action that could be changed to prevent the problem of the lost pointer?
